Five persons died when a jeep they were traveling in met with an accident at Thum in Patan-4 of Baitadi on Monday. The identities of the deceased are yet to be established. Ward-4 Chairman Deepak Bischa, who is in the incident site, said that five persons died in the jeep (Se 1 Ja 854) accident.

The tragedy took place at around 7 am today.

Police said that they are looking into the case.
