A player died in a paragliding accident during the Ninth National Games being held in Pokhara on Sunday. The deceased has been identified as Nisim Thapa Magar. He was representing the Nepal Army club in the cross-country competition.

The tragedy occurred when the paraglide of a company suddenly fell from the sky this afternoon.
