The Waling-Galyang section of the Siddharth Highway connecting Sunauli Pokhara has been blocked. A landslide fell from the road in Galang-8 Jholpe at around 4 am today. Coordination is being done to send a dozer to open the road. Due to the incessant rains and the landslides, people coming to visit their relatives for Dasain have been stopped in between. Similarly, the Siddharth Highway, which was blocked due to continuous rain, has been opened one-way at Kuvinde, on the border of Syangja and Kaski.
