Former Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sarbendra Khanal joined the CPN-UML on Thursday. Party Chairman KP Sharma Oli welcomed him amidst a program organized at the Lalitpur-based party office this afternoon. Along with Khanal, leaders of other parties also joined the UML.
