The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) plunged by 33. 97 points to close at 1,876.41 points on Sunday. Similarly, the sensitive index dropped by 6. 04 points to close at 365. 86 points. A total of 6,296,445 unit shares of 229 companies were traded for Rs 1. 60 billion.

Meanwhile, Global IME Samunnat Scheme-1 was the top gainer today with its price surging by 5. 35 percent. Likewise, Balephi Hydropower Limited Limited was the top loser with its price dropped by 7. 85 percent.

At the end of the day, the total market capitalization stood at Rs 2. 69 trillion.
