Indian Army Chief General Manoj Pandey arrived in Kathmandu on a five-day visit to Nepal on Sunday. Leading a five-member delegation, he arrived in Kathmandu this afternoon. During the visit, President Bidya Devi Bhandari, who is the Commander-in-Chief of the Nepali Army, will honor Indian Army Chief Pandey with the honorary title of the General of the Nepal Army.

General Pandey will pay homage at the Brave Soldier Memorial at Sainik Manch Tudikhel.

It has been learnt that he will also pay a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
