The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) gained 8. 03 points to close at 2,239.60 points on Thursday.
Similarly, the sensitive index plunged by 1.39 points to close at 436. 47 points.
Meanwhile, a total of 2,324,665 unit shares of 222 companies were traded for Rs 8. 89 billion.
In today’s market, all sub-indices saw green except from Hotel and Tourism, Development Bank, Hydropower, Finance and Others.
Meanwhile, Mega Bank Nepal Limited was the top gainer today, with its price surging by 10. 00 percent.
Gurans Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited was the top loser as its price fell by 5. 47 percent.
At the end of the day, total market capitalisation stood at Rs 3. 18 trillion.
