UML’s Dal Bahadur Bhattarai elected as chairman of Malarani Rural Municipality, Arghakhanchi

CPN-UML candidate Dal Bahadur Bhattarai has been elected as the chairman of Malarani Rural Municipality, Arghakhanchi with 8, 283 votes.

He defeated his closest contender Padam Chhetri of CPN (Maoist Centre). Chhetri garnered 6, 726 votes.

Similarly, Dipa Pokharel of UML has been elected as the vice-chairperson of the rural municipality.

She received 8, 155 votes while her closest contender Shovakhar Khanal of the Nepali Congress got 6, 657 votes.
