Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, Director-General of the World Health Organization, and his delegation have arrived in Kathmandu at the invitation of Health Minister Birodh Khatiwada on Thursday.
Senior officials of the MoFA, MoHP and Who received the visiting dignitary at the Tribhuvan International Airport.
During his three-day visit to Nepal, the Director General is scheduled to pay a courtesy call on Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba.
He will also hold separate meetings with Foreign Minister Narayan Khadka and Health Minister Birodh Khatiwada.
