Norway has sent emergency relief assistance to Nepal as the country continues to deal with the consequences of the Bhotekoshi floods.
The first flight carrying medical, energy and technical equipment donated by Norway through the EU Civil Protection Mechanism landed in Nepal yesterday.
Isabelle D’Haudt, EU ECHO’s Rapid Response Coordinator for Asia and the Pacific, formally handed over the assistance to Minister Mahabir Pun at the airport.
