As the festival of Teej draws near and the release of festive music gathers momentum, a brand-new Teej song titled "Mayaa" has officially been released. Written by acclaimed lyricist DP Dahal 'Parishrami', the catchy folk-style track features vibrant vocals by Nepal Idol fame singer Prena Singh and music composed by Bishal Niraula.

Designed to bring festive joy to Nepali women, the song carries an energetic beat that instantly invites listeners to the dance floor. Presented by Rita Simkhada Dahal and recorded at Alankar Studio, the project features videography and editing by Ishan Khadka, with mixing and mastering handled by Ranjan Rai.

Lyricist Dahal, who previously delivered hit Teej tracks such as "Maitiko Aanganma Nachamla" and "Nachau Barilai", has released the official music video for "Maya" on the DP Dahal YouTube Channel.
