Annapurna Media Network is set to unveil an AI-powered media super app, developed in collaboration with ‘Akin’ today.
The main objective of the platform is to bring news and a range of digital services together in a single application, marking a significant step in the country’s digital media transformation.
The super app will officially be launched amidst a special ceremony today, according to AMN.
Built on artificial intelligence technology, the app will provide users with the latest news along with real-time updates on gold and silver prices, foreign exchange rates, fuel prices, and weather conditions.
Additionally, there will be an interaction with the public Annapurna Post Editor-in-Chief Balkrishna Basnet said.
According to Seema Sharma, Director of Operations and Administration at Annapurna Ventures, the initiative reflects the organization’s commitment to keeping pace with technological innovation.
“This super app is based on AI technology. While using the app, the user does not have to bother reading the news. The AI host will read and narrate the news itself,” Sharma said.
