TikTok just released the Q1 Community Guidelines Enforcement Report to create a safe digital space for users. The report includes the details from Jan- March 2026where they have identified and removed violating contents, ensuring positive experience to the global community. 

The report shows that TikTok has removed a total of 1,961,692 videos in Nepal with violating contents, that is 0.4 percent removal rate of all published videos. The proactive removal rate from Jan-March 2026 is high at 99.2 percent, with 86.5 percent of these videos removed within 24 hours. Meanwhile, a total of 61,992 videos were restored in Nepal during the same period.

Globally, TikTok has removed 184m (184,012,576) videos in this quarter, that is about 0.5 percent of all content uploaded to the platform. Within those, 178,014,154 videos were detected and taken down using automated detection technologies, while 8,838,710 videos were reinstated after further review.

In this quarter, the platform also removed 86,288,705 fake accounts, along with the additional 25,764,372 accounts that were suspected to be under the age of 13.

The report highlights TikTok’s content moderation systems, with automated technologies that are responsible for detecting and removing the vast majority of violating content. 

Similarly, enforcement on LIVE content has increased in which the LIVE suspension rate reached a record high of 2.7 percent, maintaining safety during real-time interactions.

Additionally, TikTok took action on a total of 58,207,389 LIVE sessions, by issuing warnings or demonetizing them. The platform also warned or demonetized a total of 21,966,667 LIVE creators. Following further review, 4,171,677 LIVE sessions were restored.
