NC's Lekhak wins in Kanchanpur-3

Nepali Congress candidate Ramesh Lekhak has been elected as a member of the House of Representatives from Kanchanpur-3.
He defeated his nearest rival CPN-UML's Niru Devi Pal by a wide margin of 12,075 votes.
He received 30,523 votes while Pal secured 18,448.
