NC panel wins in three wards of Dhanauji, Dhanusha

Nepali Congress panel has won in three wards of Dhanauji Rural Municipality, Dhanusha

Nepali Congress panel has won in three wards of Dhanauji Rural Municipality, Dhanusha.

The Congress panel emerged victorious in three wards as per the vote counting conducted in Dhanauji-5, 4 and 3.

NC's Yuvak Kawari won the elections with 821 votes in ward-5 while his closest contender Kamal Narayan Pankaj of Janata Samajbadi Party secured 576 votes and CPN-UML's Hakim Momim received 350 votes.

Similarly, Bishnu Dev Mandal, Rabindra Raut, Pramila Devi and Anita Mahara have been elected as the ward members with 822, 778, 804 and 799 votes respectively.

NC's Ram Shobit Mandal has been elected with 424 points in ward-4. His closest contender Santosh Kumar of Democratic Socialist Party secured 333 votes and independent candidate Kalim Safi obtained 330 votes.

Ram Ashish Yadav, Mohan Sah, Amana Khatun and Manju Devi were elected as ward members with 423, 404, 417 and 409 votes respectively.

Likewise, Ram Narayan Yadav of Nepali Congress has been elected with 702 votes in ward 3. His closest contender Ramdular Mandal of UML obtained 579 votes and Ram Dev Mukviya of CPN (Unified Socialist) received 380 votes.

Dinesh Mukhiya, Rohit Kumar Mukhiya, Rekha Kumari Pandit and Mina Devi were elected as the ward members with 665, 638, 681 and 681 votes respectively.
